  1. Naturally Kayd

Overall, I really like this tracker. It did a good job keeping track of my steps, and it had some really neat features that other trackers have. I really like that it can easily be charged with simply logging it into any USB port. I took away one star because the Bluetooth connection would disconnect on its own at times and I couldn’t get the camera feature to work (could be user error). Nevertheless, this is a great alternative to the more expensive trackers, and I would recommend it.

I really like this fitness tracker. It is so similar to the fitbit charge model that everyone thinks I purchased that instead. I really like that it is a thinner model than some of the other gaudy fitness tracker watches out there. This is really comfortable to wear, even when sleeping. It tracks sleep as well as activity so it’s best to wear it as continually as possible. It was simple to pair with my Samsung smartphone. I downloaded the app and it walked me through the process. It charges by removing the watch band and plugging directly into the usb charge port of the computer or one of my many plugs for other devices. It has a camera feature also, but I’ve not yet tried that out. It will alert me to messages that are on my phone too and I find that to be a nice feature. It tracks steps really well and the app shows activity and sleep in an easy to use format. I have had this tracker a few weeks and it has not disappointed me at all. It is a much better bargain than the competitors that is priced about 4 times higher.

This fitness tracker could have very easily been my favorite watch, but not.

This is what I like about it:
It is just a wee bit larger than my other ones, so it is easier for me to read. That is very important to me, my eyes are old and slow to adjust.
My second favorite is that I am able to see the face outside in bright light, have to cup hand around it but then can see the display. Some of my watches are useless outside even with cupping and now lay at the bottom of a drawer.
Looks nice, feels good and is light.
In the beginning, it was easy to connect to the app on my phone but got hung on synchronizing. Later was able to sync again. (this same thing happened when I reinstalled the app.)
Has useful adjustments to personalize it to your taste.

    What I’m not happy with:
Disconnects often, then hard to reconnect. (could just be me but I’ve had better luck with others.)
    The sleep time is wrong.
The activity and sleep charts are not very useful…needs better more useful information.
Doesn’t keep the message to reread again. I never catch it all on the first read and can’t go back to read it again.
The app will not close/stop. I had to uninstall it when not in use to keep it from running on my phone. Yes, I went into settings and tried over and over to stop it, but it just wouldn’t stop.
So now on reinstall, I lost all my data and had to start over. Seeing one has to set an account with the app, I was hoping my info, charts and records would have been backed up.

This is just kind of irritating/dumb:
Initially, the set weight only goes up to 150 pounds. Once synchronized I was able to set my weight. Same for birthday, only asked for year then have to add the rest inside the app.

    End results:
As long as I have to uninstall the app all the time to get it to stop running, I won’t be using this fitness tracker. Rest in peace S2 Wristband.

I was excited when I got this as it looked like just the type of fitness tracker that I was after with the pedometer, heart rate monitor and sleep tracking.

The compact size of this tracker is great, and the strap is mostly comfortable.

I had no issue pairing it with my phone, and the app looked good at first glance. I’m not a fan of the way the app stays open all the time, as it eats up battery. I’d like to see an option to have the app auto-launch when bluetooth is started, and an option for it to always run in the background. I had to force close the app when I didn’t want it running.

The pedometer function works great, and the display is nice and bright though in direct sunlight it was a bit tough to read.

The sleep tracking was underwhelming. It didn’t register my sleep during the day and was way off at night time, sometimes by hours.

The way the heartrate monitor works is the deal breaker for me. I didn’t like that I had to manually start it every time I wanted to check it. Heartrate is a metric that I wanted to use to keep track of my health, so I was hoping for constant tracking so that I could see changes during the day. Assuming the sleep tracking using heart beat, it should be possible.

The battery held charge pretty well, with it lasting a few days with me constantly poking at functions. It was easy to charge with the band popping on and off without difficulty.

As it stands though, I’ve not worn it for two days as it just doesn’t do what I needed in a fitness band.
