First before I do this review I would like to say no one should put pillows in a crib. A child should sleep on their back in their crib without anything to obstruct them. Some other guidelines for infants are no bumpers. There are some guidelines but most say that there should be nothing loose in the crib. This product is for children who has grown to the point where the risk of sids is not a problem. As you can see from the product pictures the pillow can be put in more than just a toddler bed. It has straps on the back of it, so you can put it behind chairs. I think I will put it behind my sitting up chair for her until she can have it in her bed. The pillow is extremely comfortable which is great since children skin is so soft. I really like the fact that it comes wrapped so no dust or dander gets on the pillow. The package comes very fast and with little packaging great for the environment. It the perfect size to fit a child head. I really like it a lot and would recommend it to anybody.

My son is 5 months old now and had a bad case of Moro Reflex (aka Startle Reflex) since he was born. I was told by my doctor that it would help if I tried to use a folded up towel or blanket to place under his head to elevate it. The folded towel always seemed to bunch up and move around too much and I constantly had to adjust it over and over. He hated being on his back for months and cried histerically throughout diaper changes. Needless to say, it became very stressful and frustrating for my baby and for his father and I. At about 6 weeks old he was diagnosed with a milk and soy allergy and put on specialty formula that is extremely thin in consistency and caused his slight infant acid reflix to worsen. The formula would not stay down and I thought he would just not be able to get enough nutrients to be healthy and happy.
I had the opportunity to test the Head Shaping Baby Memory Foam Pillow with Extra-Soft Organic Pillowcase by Asani for free and am so glad I did! First of all, the pillow came in an adorable box that would make a really great gift for a baby shower. It is colorful and cheery with a cute design and logo that my baby loves to stare at! The pillow itself is the perfect size for an infant amd my son will most likely uae thia until he is a toddler. It comes with the softest plush and velvety feeling pillowcase to protect the memory foam pillow from baby messes like spit up, drool, or worse! The back of the pillowcase has elastic straps to keep the pillowcase snug and to prevent it from sliding off of the pillow. The elastic makes it easy to get the pillowcase on and off when it needs to be washed. It machine washes beautifully and did not shrink in the dryer on low. The memory foam is super soft and makes me wish I had my own adult size version to sleep with!!

He seems very much at ease now with it under his head when he lays. It also helped to greatly reduce the reflux he developed and he spits up after feedings extremely rarely when I ise the pillow! Overall, this pillow has made my baby’s life more comfortable and happier! And of course, happy baby, happy mommy!!
