I received a salt lamp which came in a beautiful yellow box. From the outside the box looked durable but the bottom of the box was broken which exposed the product and eventually the product got damaged through shipment because the base was broken and the wires were exposed. You can tell it is cheaply made at the base and it makes me think the rest of the salt lamp is not of high quality. I believe the base should be strong and very durable especially since the salt lamp is heavy. I would suggest a wooden or metal material on the bottom instead of cheap plastic. After i sent the complaint to your company support I was immediately sent another salt lamp. It shipped to my home quickly and I was excited to check out the new salt lamp. I had the same exact problem with the bottom of the box being broken but luckily the base was intact this time. Please fix your box that this product comes in and make sure both the bottom of the box and the base of the salt lamp are made with better and more durable quality material. This really reflects on the product itself

I own several salt lamps and this is one of my favorites. The lamp I received came completely intact and Undamaged. The salt itself is a beautiful piece. This lamp is unique to my others as it has a touch base. The base is plastic although it looks like metal. You simply touch the base to change the brightness (3 levels) or turn it off. I really like this feature because I don’t have to reach down to find the switch like with the other lamps I own. It comes in a really nice box and would make a fantastic gift.

I’ve always wanted a Himalayan salt lamp so I was ecstatic to be able to get this. While this is a beautiful and unique piece, it doesn’t appear to be well executed. I love the Asani line of products but this was a little disappointing. The salt (yes I licked it lol) is thick and a rich pink that you’d expect from HS but the bulb is entirely too small to heat it enough to give it the purification properties. I love the spring holder that sits inside the salt but it doesn’t sit sturdy for me and feels like if it gets bumped, the salt will fall off and break. The rubber bottom on my lamp also isn’t fixed properly and feels like I’m going to break it if I try to correct it. The box/bag it came in is absolutely beautiful though and makes gifting easy.

I love this salt lamp – it so pretty to look at and it really adds some good vibes at night with the light on – not to mention healing properties 🙂 It has a fun touch base for three light settings and comes in a nice gift box — I want to get another for a gift . It is so unique and beautiful!
